Overall Programme RAG: GREEN

The MVM programme starts 2015/16 at a significant time for MVM, with the ermergence of a long term road map for its IT Strategy. We aim to participate in the IS three year annual planning with formal proposals.

There are five projects carrying over into this year.

The Tristan Replacement - Procurement project is about to start, which is a funded project is a key project for MVM.

All projects that are expected to be part of this year's programme of work, including project not involving Applications, have been added to the projects website. Only projects needing Applications resource will be added here, over time.

  • sign-off Complex Migrations in TEST - not completely - expected early Sept.

  • migrate Complex Environments - not achieved - new date set
  • agreement set on how Easter Bush vm host will be handled

Issues

  • the new windows servers from COM014 project available earlier than planned, so milestone brought forward to early October
  • no medium or high risks
