Achievements :

• Six web-proxy Applications were planned to Go Live on on July 3rd (Bamboo deployment  -at risk only)
  • PG Degree Finder had an issue, so all applications back to where they were
  • PG Degree Finder issue resolved and retested.
  • All 6 web-proxy applications were successfully re-deployed on 10-July
• Unidesk calls  created for
  • DRPS, WebPA, and Talks and Talks Reminder
• Alerts created for
  • DRPS, WebPA, and Talks and Talks Reminder
• Project replanned and agreed will continue into August
• Talks and Talks Reminder tested and signed off 30-July
• Issue with archive DRPS has been resolved 3-Aug

• New PM assigned

• Project team visited Heriot Watt to gain further understanding of options and solutions

• Project team discussed options and prepared documentation covering this

Issues

• RISK 15 - Issue with networks proved a 'blocker' for the application to move to LIVE.  Network issues have resulted in the DEV and TEST environment being removed from the Cluster. Plan to move back when the issues are resolved.
• Decision and timescale for Network Brocade fabric completion to allow replanning - pending information from CIS005 project
• Service Management team should be able to move the Wiki DEV and TEST back onto the Metro Stretch Cluster - not yet achieved
• Design document for stretched cluster for databases - not achieved
