• WebPA has been progressed
• The migrated remaining 3 WebProxy applications have been signed off in TEST

• Six web-proxy Applications to Go Live on on July 3rd (Bamboo deployment  -at risk only)

Achievements This Period

• Decision and timescale for Network Brocade fabric completion to allow replanning. - not achieved

• Service Management team should be able to move the Wiki DEV and TEST back onto the Metro Stretch Cluster. - not achieved

• Dev Tech resource assigned in July to work on Design for the metro stretch cluster for Databases

Issues

• RISK 15 - Issue with networks proved a 'blocker' for the application to move to LIVE.  Network issues have resulted in the DEV and TEST environment being removed from the Cluster. Plan to move back when the issues are resolved.

Next Steps

•  Decision and timescale for Network Brocade fabric completion to allow replanning.

• Service Management team should be able to move the Wiki DEV and TEST back onto the Metro Stretch Cluster.

• Design document for stretched cluster for databases
