Achievements

• Registers for Windows 2008 machines further updated - all outstanding entries chased & reported.
• Individual servers decommissioned - more 2008 servers switched off & removed from network.

Issues

• Closure delayed because of unexpected availability of staff to carry out late piece of work

Next steps

• Migration of Grid database to be completed
• Project closure to be organised

CHANGE: Closure delayed because a migration that was to be held over for 18-19 can now be done.

Achievements This Period

• PICCL to move Phase 1 delivery and closure milestones approved at WIS

Issues

• RISK 15 - Issue with networks proved a 'blocker' for the application to move to LIVE.  Network issues have resulted in the DEV and TEST environment being removed from the Cluster. Plan to move back when the issues are resolved.

Next Steps

•  Decision and timescale for Network Brocade fabric completion to allow replanning.

• Service Management team should be able to move the Wiki DEV and TEST back onto the Metro Stretch Cluster.
