With the postponement until future years of the upgrade of Erecruitment to Oracle 12c, there are a significant number of days

remaining in the balance row which are currently unallocated. New in-year projects should fall under the compliance category and the

programme manager is exploring with the business whether the delivery of three reports dropped from HRS077 can be delivered in a new in-year project this year.

Achievements in the last period

Online Survey (https://edinburgh.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/hrs089-erecruitment-upgrade-feedback) was approved and send to the eRecruitment user group mailing to gather feedback from stakeholders for inclusion in the closure report. The survey was opened for two weeks and gathered 8 replies (out of 24 subscribers).
The closure milestone was delayed to the 5 May 2017 to allow enough time to gather feedback from stakeholder over the Easter break.

Issues

The report is returning data from outwith the selected month. A fix had been made. Being checked again. JIRA HRS091-11 open
When investigating the issue with the report data, the following were also identified and require to be fixed JIRA HRS091-12 open

- date search filter returning incorrect data over year end. Should be a month plus year start and end, ie. 4-2016 and 3-2017. Not high priority - report will run monthly.

- job segment2 and org hierarchy queries will always return the value as at run date rather than date filter date.

Issues

Although the majority of REAST codes have been corrected, there are still a significant number of REAST with a code of 2 to be corrected

This project has been withdrawn from the current year as the end. of life for Oracle 11g has been extended till 2020 . There may be no requirement for the upgrade if erecruitment is replaced. This project will therefore be planned for 18/19-19/20.
