Achievements in the last Period

• Revised timeline and budget approved by the Project Sponsor
• Minor update (v21.0.23) was installed and tested in DEV by CoreHR and made available for testing on 12 Dec to HR.
• HR completed testing before Christmas closure and approved the deployment to TEST planned for January. Some Jiras can be closed because the issues have been addressed - some will remain until they can be tested in the LIVE system.

Issues

• WIS approval for revised timeline not obtained because resource managers approval cannot be obtained before the Christmas closure.

Next Steps

• Obtain approval for additional effort
• Update to TEST & LIVE
• Confirm resolution of all issues in LIVE
• Project Closure

• APEX report build signed off
• APEX report deployed to LIVE
• Further business testing of eTime report completed
• JIRAs for eTime progressed

Issues

• Following initial testing of the eTime report, there are still issues to be resolved. Development resource needs to review the JIRAs and address the outstanding problems. The milestones need to be re-planned to reflect this. Proposed changes are below, subject to confirmation of Development resource availability and then agreement with the Project Sponsor. Issue open.

Next Period

• APEX report deployment sign off to be completed
• Revised milestones for the eTime report to be agreed
• Outstanding issues with the eTime report to be resolved and retested

The project status is RED  to reflect requirement to delay milestones by more than one month.
