Achievements in the last Period

• Muriel Mewissen took over Susan Mckeown as the new PM for this project on 17 November 2016.
• The Jiras for major issues have now been fixed, and a patch to the DEV & TEST environments has been scheduled. This was first due on the 22 Nov, later pushed back to the 24 Nov. But during the testing of the patch on a copy of the database provided by UoE, further issues were uncovered. These issues are addressed in a minor update (V21) to be released on the 6 Dec. 
• A new timeline has been agreed to update installation to V21, then apply and test the patch.

Issues

• Further delays caused by more issues being found, and require milestones to be reviewed (see issue 14):

  • The update and patching of DEV will take place w/c 5 Dec.
  • The update and patching of TEST will take place w/c 2 Jan.
  • System to be LIVE w/c 17 Jan.
• The previously agreed budget was reached last month. New PM and delays means the budget needs to be increased by an estimated 24 days to take the project to closure. This is awaiting Sponsor agreement.

Next Steps

• Obtain approval for additional effort and reviewed delivery date
• Resolution of minor issues Jiras
• Project Closure

The project RAG status is RED as new estimate and milestones need to be approved by sponsor.

Achievements in Last Period

• APEX report build signed off
• APEX report deployed to LIVE
• Further business testing of eTime report completed
• JIRAs for eTime progressed

Issues

• Following initial testing of the eTime report, there are still issues to be resolved. Development resource needs to review the JIRAs and address the outstanding problems. The milestones need to be re-planned to reflect this. Proposed changes are below, subject to confirmation of Development resource availability and then agreement with the Project Sponsor. Issue open.

Next Period

• APEX report deployment sign off to be completed
• Revised milestones for the eTime report to be agreed
• Outstanding issues with the eTime report to be resolved and retested

The project status is RED  to reflect requirement to delay milestones by more than one month.
