Achievements in Last Period

• BI work was completed and signed off on all three environments
• The project sponsor agreed to removing the Major Governance Assessment Review as no longer required (noted in issue 12)

Issues

• Multiple JIRAs remain unresolved since the upgraded version went live. New issues are also being raised with CoreHR support rather than the Upgrades team.
• Milestones have been rescheduled as noted in Issue 12 but approval for increased budget pending from Business before submitting to WIS.
• A new PM has been requested to release the current PM to a seconded role given that the project did not close as planned. This will impact the project's budget as any new PM's time will be recorded against the project

Next Steps

• Obtain approval for additional effort
• Resolve remaining JIRAs
• Complete Closure process

• HESA Return was committed ('Commit' Milestone) by mid October addressing the warnings at that stage
• Little HR work required for IS Apps
• Programme Manager contact changed during October to Morna Findlay

• HR are now corresponding with HESA to deciding on any further actions regarding the HESA  warnings
• The HESA return's final submission is due for 11-Nov
• Little work expected this month for IS Apps
• Project to be re-estimated and days to be returned to HR programme at the start of November
• Project will be closed in November

• Meeting held with Project Sponsor and HR Systems and Business Manager 21/10/16 to consider resources and timescales for remaining work for this project
• Priority confirmed as APEX report
• Review of comments from initial testing of the APEX report testing carried out by HR Systems and Business Manager and developer. Plan for resolution of issues agreed and resources secured.
• Review of comments from initial testing of the eTime report carried out by HR Systems and Business Manager and developer. Plan for resolution of issues agreed and resources secured.

Issues

• Following the meeting held on 21/10/16, it has been possible to replan the project milestones. A change has been prepared and documented as change ref 9. Issue closed.

Next Period

• Revised milestones to be submitted to WIS for approval on 4/11/16
• User Acceptance Testing of APEX Report and eTime Report to be carried out
• Deploy APEX Report

Red status to reflect a delay of over 1 month from the previously reported milestones
