Significant risk around CIS002 - fibre optics to WGH in this financial year. Risk to be recorded by Alan on prject website and a plan to reduce put forward.

CIS004 : Alan to set a meeting with Maurice to work on Procurement Strategy powerpoint

Alan to send through details of the Innovation Project ;ping 7' to Maurice who wil retrofit a project and repor tback to Innovation Sharepoint.

Tony set out the prioritisation for the projects - now reflected in the forward look. All start dates and delivery dates updated.

Maurice to have a follow up meeting with Alan to confirm resourcing for the next 6-12 months for the tea.
