From a programme perspective;

The only current activity is centred around the project ACS039 - Kx Infrastructure Consolidation.

The Kx Modules Upgrades Placeholder project has been withdrawn

The 10 days remaining in the Sponsor Funded balance have been removed as they will not be required. As a result the overall programme budget has been reduced to 81 days for this year.

Audit of Kx servers undertaken and redundant servers identified in preparation for de-commission
First draft of project closure document circulated and subsequently approved by Project Sponsor
