Achievements in the last period

• New Test environment
  • The connectivity issues with the new test database and the Kx client application have been resolved
• Kx version 2017
  • Functionality testing has commenced on the current Test infrastructure.  ACE are liaising with the supplier regarding any issues encountered
• Test Scripts
  • The development of the Test scripts have been completed by the supplier and are currently under peer review, with delivery expected w/c 5th March
• Project plan
  • The project plan has been adjusted to incorporate the revised testing schedule and has been circulated for approval. The current project milestones are based on the understanding that the project will close after successfully completing the performance tests against Kx version 2017 on the new Test infrastructure.   The subsequent go-live for Kx version 2017 will be managed via KSR as normal

  • First draft has been produced and is currently being reviewed within IS Applications Management

• Project Plan
  • Project plan, incorporating Kx 2017 to be finalised.  Requirement to clarify whether the Kx 2017 go-live activity is managed within this project or part of KSR
