Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

During December,

From a programme perspective;

The only current activity is centred around the project ACS039 - Kx Infrastructure Consolidation.   As a result of the activity undertaken this month, a total of only 3 days have been utilised - this is mainly due to the continual delays with ACS039.

Regarding the two remaining projects for this year, the business has directed that

  • ACS036- Delivered Catering External - budget of 30 days - has been formally withdrawn
  • ACS040 -Kx Modules Upgrades Placeholder - budget of 20 days - has been deferred to 2018-19
  • As a result, the revised programme budget is 91 days

The 10 days remaining in the Sponsor Funded balance row remain unaltered in case required for the agreed contingency (12 days) for ACS039.

As part of the annual planning process, the estimation meeting has been held to review the following projects

  • Upgrade Kx Database server (small project - 50 days)
  • Upgrade Kx WebServers (small project - 50 days)
  • Delivered Catering Internal (medium project - 100 days)
  • IS Hosted Salto system (small project - 50 days)

TestRail - Arrangements have been made to have an instance of TestRail configured for ACE.  Thi sis scheduled to be undertaken between the period of 15th - 26th January
