Achievements this period

All environments in place as requested
DEV Finish Up for two DEV servers required some more time as expected
Milestones were adjusted accordingly without affecting the Live Release date
Closing Date was brought forward for the end of 2019

Issues

DEV Built Phase required more time than expected and is delaying the completion of the Built stage
Project manager has left the project (conflict with Core systems)-Decision made to complete the current task, i.e. to complete the 1st server upgrade (Dev). Then consider options to continue or suspend project. The implementation window is closing and the option is to restart the project after the SITS software upgrade in May/June 2020
