Completion Report
Project Summary
The main task of analysing the key dates across the university and setting them out is completed.
As the project found itself overlapping with other projects in service management, the ITIL team and EDW with its aims and deliverables, the project effort all went into the analysis and it was agreed that Matt Beilby and the ITIL team would use its outputs to help them deliver the 'university calendar' and 'forward look' for projects to consult and plan with, saving wasted/duplicate time and effort.
