Commentary
The programme manager considers that overall the programme is GREEN, as all projects which were not withdrawn were delivered this year and within the programme budget.
As the remaining project in the programme (HRS092) was already fully resourced, the HR Balance row has been reduced from 9 days to 0 days: 9 days were transferred to the USG portfolio budget.
This has resulted in a reduction to the programme budget from 230 days to 221 days.
Risk - Erecruitment Licencing - NCA required
The e-recruitment contract needs to be updated by October 2017. The original 5 year contract concludes in October and any extension for a further year must be arranged by October. An extension would be done as a Non-Competitive Action (NCA) and this is essential to be licensed to continue using eRecruitment.

This project has been withdrawn from the current year as the end. of life for Oracle 11g has been extended till 2020 . There may be no requirement for the upgrade if erecruitment is replaced. This project will therefore be planned for 18/19-19/20. |
