Overall Programme RAG: GREEN

The MVM programme end 2014/15 at a significant time for MVM IT. The new LTW division is now in place, with resulting changes in MVM support, and the College is undertaking a strategic review of its IT services.

All four current projects will carry over into next year, with only MVM005 being unexpected here.

Days will be allocated from next year's ring-fenced allocation to allow completion of these projects.

Achievements in Last Period

User acceptance testing discovered a number of changes that were still required.  This ran into budget/funding issues which delayed progress.  Thanks to input from Paul Clark, these have now been resolved and the issues have been addressed

Issues

One report remains to be completed, pending the business lead's return from leave and then the developer's return from his leave.  This is not expected to take extra effort.

Next Steps 

Complete the final report and complete acceptance testing.
