Exceptions from DBA Testing

There are some tables without primary keys. These are mainly exceptions that were discussed during the previous phase, but will double-check with MS before go-live. There were a number old index files in the wrong tablespace. I've created and run a script to fix this in Test  and will add this as an extra step in the Live deployment.

State Pass or Fail:

PASS

The TAD has been reviewed and requires updates to reflect the Phase 2 service. The next version of the TAD will be publlished during the deployment to the Live environment.
