Default value

If the source doesn't provide a value, it will be replaced with the default value in the TOPdesk database. It is possible to use only a default value, without any given source value.

Import type

The import type is used to identify the source of an imported card in order to distinguish it from other import sources. This field is not visible in the card. It is possible to show it in the overviews. The field is mainly used to make sure only cards that were edited by the import will be archived.

Overwrite

When should the value in TOPdesk be overwritten? Always (A) - When the source is filled (SF) - When the target is empty (TE) - Never (only new cards) (N).
