19/11/13 Team Meeting - Sign-Off of Prototype (PPAR/DR)

Project Team and Senior Supplier happy that Protoype is good to go i.e. upgrade of DEV first week of January.

One outstanding action is for team to review the Implemenation Plan with Gordon, and cofnirm it is up to date, before he then uses it for the upgrade (QA of the imp plan). Meeting scheduled for 7th Jan. Once OKayed, PM will submit sign-off to WIS.

There are around 40 Jiras, most being tasks, questions. No showstoppers preventing the DEV Upgrade, but Jiras are to be worked through in priority order so all, or at least the medium to high Jiras, are resolved by end of January and sign-off of DEV (PPBR). TAD will be signed off at PPBR too rather than now, once DEV has been tested.

Follow on Project to configure Mobile on MyED WEB005 kicking off this week, the aim being to line up development for WEB005 in February, when WEB003 moves to UAT phase and upgrades TEST.
