Issue - In agreement with the project sponsor, the project has been halted as the technical assessment of Oxford @Talks platform deemed that the software as not fit for purpose for the UoE. The required changes could not be delivered within the agreed budget/timescales. No activity was carried out last month. The project sponsor is awaiting final decision from LTW senior management before project is withdrawn.
