The Project Manager role has changed to Bruce Darby with support from the Programme Manager Tim Gray.
Achievements this period
- Estimation of some core stories
- Identifying clear use cases to help development and testing
Issues
- During the estimation process it became clear that due to the complexity of some of the work involved the developers need to carry out some essential initial R&D work.
- This means that the project start will need to be moved back by 2 weeks.
- Not doing the R&D would result in script functionality that would be extremely limited and lacking in any flexibility. We would not be able to deliver the basic requirements for the use cases specified e.g Click4assitance and Dotmailer.
Next Steps

Clarify core project team members availability over the new period of the project.

The important times would be the w/c 12/12/16 for 2 weeks and then the week commencing 09/01/17.

Setting up live versions of the use cases to demonstrate and document exactly what is needed to implement the scripts.
