Achievements
38,001 items have been handled via Funk Projects and 34,793 Funk records added/amended so far. Work on the Hymnology Collection was completed with nearly 5000 catalogue records created - a major milestone for this project. The Funk cataloguers are working collaboratively to finish the remaining collections planned for Funk Projects, Natural Science, TR and LR, ahead of July 2016.
The Given in Good Faith exhibition was successfully installed on 4 April and an opening reception held on 21 April. The Given in Good Faith exhibition publication was delivered in time for the opening reception.
On 26 April the Funk Trustees met to review the projects and consider the final steps to be taken. It was unanimously agreed to put remaining Funk funding (estimated 11K+) towards extending the New College Curator post held by Kirsty Stewart. The Trustees requested a detailed final report to present to Dr Funk when he visits including details of all University investment in New College Library over the last 10 years.
