Achievements in last period

• Completed end to end integration and volume testing
• Signed off Acceptance
• Deployed to Live, but switching new SPDA on

Issues

• resolved: go live issue highlighted during the synchronisation: there is a higher number of data to be updated, inserted or deleted. This required additional investigation to have reassurance before running the new SPDA for the 1st time. Delay to complete deployment:issue 8  

Next Steps

• Monitor live
• Reschedule deployment sign off and closure, will be delayed by 2 weeks
• Revise estimates to take go live additional effort into account
