End of planning complete
The timetabling system sources information for Course, Programme, Student, Student Course Enrolment, Staff and Organisational Units from other systems. The interfaces that provide the information needed to be refined to support a recovery in the event of a disaster on the timetabling system. These refinements are now live, which will:
- Reduce the volume of log entries - reducing the amount of audit data created and simplifying support
- Return only current students with their affiliation to School based on programme of study - making selection shorter, quicker and more relevant
- Return only current members of staff, and only their primary affiliation - making selection shorter, quicker and more relevant
