Achievements in Last Period

  • Learn MyEd channel deployed to live. 
  • BI data feed deployed but still pointing to 2018/19 data. 
  • Setup of SaaS staging environment ongoing.
  • 'Implementation of Data Retention Policy' work has been deployed to Dev environment.
  • Further preparation for testing of new bb_stats schema.
  • Project Sponsor has changed from Anne-Marie Scott to Karen Howie.
  • Project Manager has changed from Sonali Nokhate to Karen Beggs.

Next Steps

  • SaaS Staging environment to be completed - BBL feeds schema to be exported from Dev to Test, then Live to Test.
  • DevTech to investigate / resolve BI feed issue (unable to connect to Learn remote database) to enable final testing and handover.
  • 'Implementation of Data Retention Policy' to be tested.
  • Learn MyEd channel caching to be looked at by DevTech team.
