- Application and Data Architecture Document completed
- New process flow documented
- Business Requirements provided by Service Manager have been documented, reviewed and final sign off provided by business area
- Draft UAT plan created
- System Design specification now available for review and sign off based on BRD now signed off
- Design review scheduled for 3rd Nov
Issues
- Completion of BRD delayed due to PM on unexpected leave and Service Manager not able to progress, system Design has been completed in parallel with requirements so no impact on design milestone
- Dev Tech resource reallocated as original resource now leaving team – delay to TAD being updated
- Design under review by Applications Architectural group; budget and estimates to be reviewed subject to technical approach, expect build days to be circa 10 days as no new interface required as solution proposed is using LDAP (Grouper)
