TELS Management Information now available

This project has delivered a management information reporting solution that IS can use to understand the breadth and depth of engagement with services offered by the IS Technology Enhanced Learning Services. It is now possible to see the picture at individual School level, at College level, or for the institution as a whole. The solution facilitates automated data collection (from Learn and Moodle) and manual data uploads (using CSV files) from PebblePad and Question Mark Perception. These sets of data are subsequently passed to a BI universe that allows fuller analysis and reporting on usage than previously available.
