• Business analysis work has been updated  and refreshed
• Mock-up / Prototype built for demonstration to sponsor and Research Information Committee
• Reconfirmed business requirements with sponsor
• Project re-plan  completed 5th April 2018
• Dependencies on other projects removed
• Project brief refreshed with a view to end of planning on 3rd May
• Resource requests out with supplier areas

• Complete end of planning  to be signed-off through quality assurance process
• Agree final resourcing for work to complete before end of academic year
