• Project started.  Briefing meeting with Business Lead and Kickoff meeting with potential stakeholders have taken place. 
• Project Manager and Business Analyst assigned.
• Business analysis to feed into Planning and Options appraisal has started.

• None at this early stage in project planning

Next steps

• Complete Project planning
• Governance is sought from RASG. The project brief will be shared with them ahead of their meeting on 18 November 2016.
