Achievements in Last Period

• Discussion with project sponsor has taken place on how to proceed due to business lead on secondment until end of June.
• Project sponsor agreed to purchase FileMaker Server licence
• Dev Tech assigned to put FileMaker Server Live
• Meeting held with Dev Tech and ITI to discuss TAD write up, Dev Tech booked to complete this.
• Project Sponsor to discuss with the business the best way to make the move to start using FileMaker Server in the business Lead's absence

Issues

• Business Lead on secondment until end of June. Project may have to be suspended if Project Sponsor decides the business lead needs to be involved. Risks 12 and 13 raised:
• Risk 12: Risk that business lead secondment will impact project closure
• Risk 13: Budget may not be available if project is suspended and runs into 2017/18 year
• Deployment sign off review and closure dates need to be agreed depending on whether we suspend the project now until July or push forward with the business team that are in place. 

Next steps.

• Install licence key to activate FileMaker Server
• Decision to be made on how to proceed in business lead's absence by project team and project sponsor
