Achievements in Last Period

• Client PC Upgraded. This is now ready to connect to the new FileMaker Server install

Issues

• Been informed that the business lead is on secondment and will only have a small window to test. This has been identified as a couple of days at the end of January. The project sponsor has agreed that she is the only person that could test this, so milestones need to change.
• Project is RED because of the milestone changes

Next steps

• FileMaker Server trial re-installed to co-inside with the Business Lead's available day
• UAT sign off
• License purchased for FileMaker Server to make live
• TAD completed
