 Achievements in Last Period

1. Acceptance Testing was signed off
2. An urgent fix was required in Live for an OLL student. The fix was completed in HESA  for this student. 

Issues

1. The duplicate OLL Student was resolved in the HESA tables. This was resolved during late August.

Next Steps

- As data and fixes for HESA continue to be clarified the return continues to be run regulary to see if HESA find it satisfactory or have identified new problems.

- Although OLL are able to complete a clean  OLL return at present, it will depend on feedback from HESA how many times the HESA combined return has to have data and /or changes to pass the HESA validation as HESA amend it.  The combined return cannot be committed and the project closed  until the combined return has beeen signed off by HESA. This means that the project will remain open until that time (which could be as late as the end of October).

- The return has been committed and we are now waiting to see if our explanations are satisfactory, if not we will have to run the return again
