Urgent Live Issue for 1 duplicate student
Occurred Wed AM, identified there are 6 HESA tables requiring correction
Change control 68666 set up, agreed with all interested parties - SACS, Projects, Dev Tech, Config, Dev Team, and Apps Supp.
Issue caused by OLL not following the ful process once the record was updated.
Knock on effect of re-running is new OLL errors occurring from recent updates, HESA data issues and having to rerun ther full HESA return process again which currently takes more than 16 hours.
