Achievements

• Project brief approved and submitted to WIS week ending 5 February

Issues

• The inclusion of moving the XPR database of the soon to be decommissioned MIS-FORD server was only brought to light at the meeting to review the brief. It was expected by production that the project would cover this move but there was no budget to do so as it was originally considered just a CF upgrade. Programme manager has had to source days from other budgets to cover this move.

Next steps

• Completion of server set up by DevTech in conjunction with set up for Card Front Office

• Build signoff
