Achievements in Last Period
- Build work is complete and awaiting the build review in the w/b 07th March.
- Sucessfully conflicted for senior development time to peer review the build.
- We have agreed to add the scope of SMI015 to SMI012. This has been planned and the plan approved by all the teams.
Issues
- The project is Amber because of the change in Scope.
- Although not a major issue it should be noted that the PM was on Paternity Leave for the last 10 days which was not perfect timing for the end of month activities.
Next Steps
Complete the Build Review.
Progress with the UAT.
