Achievements in the last period

• Code fixes for Photo Portlet acceptance testing completed and signed off
• Agreed live deployment date confirmed as 21^st July and complete
• Draft completion report produced and updated with further comments
• Collating Deployment Review sign offs
• Project Closure in progress

Issues

• Photo portlet code deployed successfully however issues encountered with notification email which had been raised and resolved via WEB009 in Test  appeared in Live. This was resolved by WEB009 project team on 22^nd July and retested / confirmed as working by USD

Next steps

• Deployment Review Sign off final emails to be provided and Closure approval expected at 2^nd Aug meeting
