Achievements in the last period

• Migration of CSU java application has been deployed via Dev, Test and Live environments completing on 28^th June in advance of 1^st July deadline for decommissioning
• Code fixes for Photo Portlet completed and deployed to Test ready for acceptance testing and agreeing a live deployment date
• Confirmation from Project Sponsor and Business Lead that the Visitor developments to be de-scoped from the project, this will allow the project to close earlier than planned, A date to be confirmed following code fix deployment
• Draft completion report produced

Issues

• Resolution of available Dev Tech resource to complete CSU migration on time
• Deployment sign off review agreed that code fixes needed to take place before closing project
• PICCL raised to withdraw visitor milestones from project and 16/17 forecasted resource to be removed from ASTA as project will close earlier than planned
