Achievements in the last period
- The project has been kicked off and an initial scoping meeting completed.
- After this meeting advice was taken from our sponsor on how to proceed with the staff photo submission channel. A decision was made that we should open the image submission channel to staff in accordance with the current human resource processes. We would not therefore be required to make changes to any upstream applications or procedures, instead concentrating on opening up the photo submission channel as an additional image option alongside the current paper based process.
- Five potential fixes for the current card system have been identified within service. As we currently have developer availability the team have agreed to use project resource for three of those quick fixes and will estimate the potential resource cost of the remaining two.
