Deployment Sign-off Meeting. This was helf on thu 3rd September. The Live deployment was signed-off, enabling the project to move to the closure stage, subject to the following actions: - Review of dataabse maintenence plans (Alistter and Mark) - Completion of Deployment Checklist (Mark) - Updates to CMDB (Alister) The PM wil circulate a draft completion report and questionnaire.

The remaining Live buidl work still on hold umtile Dev tech get confirmation that the email configuration work has been completed. This is to fix the exisitng Ulster configuration and the new Stirling configuration in the test and Live environments. The work is being done by service Management, Unix services, Ulster and Stirling. As a result the milestones have been pushed out again by a few weeks. The project sponsor has indicated that there is no immiment hard deadline.

- Test environment snagging items all fixed - Test enviromnent repointed to Stirling idp - The service restarts required to complete the build of the live enviironment will be done on Tue 19th May at 8.00 am - Remaining milesotnes have been pushed out by 1 week, with the agreementof Service Management |

The infrastructure build hit a technical issue. A workaround has been ideveloped for the test and live environments. Discussions are onging with the Architecture team and Microsoft for a longer term solution. The issue meant there was a delay in the handover of the Test environment to Service Management - at 11.00 on Thu 7th May, a delay of 26 hours.
