Achievements

Fix to"O365 account ready" email completed and UAT completely finished

 

Issues

Fixes were completed to the issue whereby the expected "O365 account ready" email was not being received. UAT was then fully completed and all tests passed. As we awaited confirmation from the business to deploy on 12 December we were informed that there was to be changes to the wording (students email address and where they can find details about access to the Uni WiFi via the link in the email had been missed out on the original wording). Service Management were to get the wording to us on Monday/Tuesday (15/16 December) and deployment was to happen on 16 December.

 

However there was an embargo on deployments from 15 December through to 7 January which means we cannot deploy until after 7 January. Due to the number of support calls expected 12/13 January the deployment and monitoring of the provisioner will now take place on 14 January.  Apps Management have advised running the system for a week before we close the project.

 

Next Steps

ASOR/Delivery/DSOR to be completed by 14 January 15

Closure by 20 January 15

Project is GREEN again as revised dates for milestones for ASOR, Delivery, DSOR and closure have been approved by WIS and confidence is now higher that these dates will be achieved
