With the Project Manager reassigned to another FTP project, a number of planned activities will not take place. The risks associated with delaying these activities are detailed in the risk log. The main risk is resource availability for the Core workshops on Treasury & Cash Management and Investments which are expected to start in January 2020.
Recruitment for Treasury Manager role was unsuccessful. Another recruitment exercise has started, but it is not expected to be completed until end January 2020
