Key activities since last report
- Produced project description, scope and outcomes presentation for FTP Board to seek feedback the Finance Operations Team high level structure and approach.
- Project Initiation Document (PiD) started, reviewed with project team, feedback received and updates are currently being made to PiD.
- Project Plan updated according to planning sessions discussion and to include communication/change management and governance timelines
- Meetings with SEP Comms team to develop a compelling message for the project.
- Attended Core System kick-off and familiarisation sessions

Meetings with Core System project functional leads to discuss TOM process maps and initiatives to consider for the Design workshops.

- Delay on finalising Project plan and PID: The outline project scope and high level structure was presented and endorsed by FTP Board but PID is still a work in progress.
