  • Ongoing revision to project plan.
  • Head of Finance Operations Job Description drafted and with Deputy Director of Finance for review/comment.
  • PID drafted and ready for first review by Project Sponsor.
  • PID listed for QA with PMO.
  • First Project Sponsor meeting held.
  • Scoping on work packages has started with first work package allocated for progress.
  • Meetings with Core System project functional leads to discuss TOM process maps and initiatives to consider for the Design workshops.
  • Attendance  at Core Systems Design workshops
  • Meeting arranged with Programme Sponsor to agree a pilot approach to people data validation with two areas identified for pilot.
  • Meeting to discuss existing Interfaces with identification of which interfaces will remain and may have an impact on People structures. Identified areas of concern related to decision making, times and resources for Project Implementation.

  • People Data validation Pilot exercise to be undertaken in two chosen areas.
  • Further planning activities required for project plan and work packages.
  • Finance Ops briefing pack to be finalised.
  • Detailed risk review to be undertaken with new Programme Manager and Project Sponsor.
