Achievements in Last Period:

  • Analysis started re new subject coding and implementation from JACS to HECoS- Review with stakeholders
  • System changes progressed (SITS, and downstream systems)

Issues:

  • Project manager has left the project (conflict with Core Systems)- being covered by programme manager- delay to complete brief and plan
  • delay to agree subject coding structure. BA progressing for agreement with keys stakeholders
  • Dependency with Tribal changes required in SITS to suit new code structure. Need firm date of code change release. Being raised by Dev  team leader

Next Steps:

  • complete  brief and plan of work/milestones
  • articulate dependencies
