Achievements in Last Period

  • JIRAs relating to the database upgrade have been completed and closed.
  • Closure report written and waiting to be distributed.

Issues

  • There are still outstanding JIRAs that production have raised after the deployment, but Dev Tech are not sure if related to the upgrade. We have a JIRA meeting on 11/01/19 to resolve this
  • We are now past the closure date resulting in an amber status. Closure date change not approved until we get clarification on the JIRAs. Due to availability of the project team, the PM was unable to set up a meeting to discuss these before the Christmas break.
