Achievements in the Last Period

• New developer recruited (Dan) is making a significant contribution (10 weeks in place).
• Two new releases  deployed in May- 4 releases achieved so far
• Projects resources are also being used to support the service: 3 live issues have been fixed in May
• Communication: the sharepoint site shared with users has its usage (105 views for the last release news)  LINK
• User group set up with schools, 1^st meeting held, 17 participants to ensure the changes meet their needs LINK

Issues

• The recruited BA has left after 1 month. This is difficult for new member of staff to join a challenging existing project.
• Live APT issue has been addressed as a priority , meaning less work on the backlog .The completion of the backlog is slowed down as the team also supports the Live Service/BAU, especially during this peak Exam Boards period
• Backlog of SOP procedures to write and handover to Operations: around 50 outstanding. Task is for BA to complete those support tasks  in addition to current analysis . This will impact the BA time to focus on project time. New releases will include the SOP when required
