Achievements in this reporting period:

• I6 - Annual Review bugs were addressed with the exception of excluded programmes.  This has gone live.  Excluded programmes solution has been agreed and developed and is now in testing with expected go live within one week.

  • Detail of the delivery was:

  • Expected end date of the annual review displayed in principal supervisor emails. The text added reads:  Please be aware that the Annual Review needs to be completed and signed off by your School by <study start date + 4 months>.

  • A new email added which will trigger when the annual review is completed e.g. OBJ_UDF2 set to 'C'.   Email will be send to student and principal supervisor.
  • The date every stage was completed will be shown on the top of each section next to Complete word e.g. Complete (21/Aug/2017)
  • Within the Parameters screen there is now an option to change Programme Director  which can be made when the review is sitting with the Prog Dir currently-  change to recorded PRS and the email communication will be send to the new director (this email will include the direct link to the form). 
  • When the student SCE_STAC is anything other than MM then in the student hub Assessment tab the user will be provided with a message saying that the review can't be created as student is not fully matriculated and the Edit button will be disabled. The button hover will also be updated to similar wording. 
  • Tidy up on ANNREV engagement events to remove from the engagement list all of the Annual Review events which were initially created in error.

• Approval has been given to continue with I1 - Data for EUSU and create improvements for I10 - Review & amend the security on Deeplinks & I11 - Review security recommendations from Tribal
• I3 - Mobility has been withdrawn and the work will reviewed within Service Excellence Student Away project.
• I4 - Changes for COL to be a school in EUCLID went live as planned.
• I5 - Renaming off HSS to AHSS carried out in the DEV and TEST environments and is being tested
• I7 - Currently on hold due to dependency on the WEB009 project
