Achievements in this reporting period:

• SAC043 - I24-  Outstanding External Examiner fix problem identified after deployment signed off in TEST.  Will go live with next standard config upload.
• I1 - EUSU Technical developments are complete, policy issue is still progressing.  
• I2 - SIMD.  SRA confirmed that the 2012 data would be used for another year, so development could be delayed.
• I3 - Mobility.  Chased ITI for the firewall, but no progress
• Various discussions which may lead to Improvements on changes to support:

1. OLL becoming the Centre for Open Learning and having permissions of a School
2. HSS becoming CAHSS with changes of ownership of courses and programmes and other related problems.

Open issues:

• SAC043 - I26 - Survey Channel.  Dev MyEd is not working for the build to progress. This is being addressed with vendor (jira WEB009-91)

Next Steps:

• Complete Brief
• Prioritise identified improvements so have a plan of work.
• SAC043 - I24-  Outstanding External Examiners rework to deploy.
• I1 - resolve policy issue and depending on outcome, complete required tasks for deployment.
• I2 - This improvement will be revisited in early 2017, so there will be no updates until then.
• I3 - Once firewall opened, will work with SOP for their changes.
• Work on getting to a position on whether the OLL &/or HSS changes need to be made.
