Achievements in this reporting period:

• delivery of analytics expected to assist in diagnosis of performance problems
• analytical data now being collected and reviewed
• consultations held with users of admissions processes in all three colleges
• options appraisal held in order to plan for increased load on admissions after 16th January
• agreement reached to order 4 additional servers to be ready in January

• New servers to be prepared in anticipation of increased load in January
• Checkpoint meeting to be heldf w/c 16 January to review performance reports

The project RAG status is RED as the budget  for this year has been exceeded and the  scope is not approved.
