Postgraduate Research Students - Online Annual Review Forms has started

The scope of the first phase of this new project has been agreed: it will provide tools to support the  Postgraduate Research Student Lifecyle.

This phase will focus on providing a facilty for all parties involved in Postgraduate Reseacrch Students Annuall Review to fill in and sign off the form online. This is a requirement across the university and is tightly controlled by university regulations. This process was identified as a quick win, which would save a large amount of resource across all schools and was therefore identified as the first area to be tackled by the user group.

The process will be developed so that all partties (student/supervisor/administrator) can see the review form at all points in the process and the outcomes are clear to both the school and the college offices.

The structure developed in this phase will be used to build up a lifecyle model for Postgraduate Research student within EUCLID, which can then by built on in the future.
